Reason for out-of-stock issues
The customer has at least one overdue contract with a product that is out of stock.
One contract can block multiple others for the same customer if their next billing dates are in the past (we combine overdue contracts per customer).
To resolve
Restock the product (only after checking with supply chain)
Push back the next billing date
Swap the product with an available one
Notes
Issues retry daily without notifying the customer.
This list updates once a day — midday changes won’t show.
Fixes can be done per contract, but using the bulk updater is recommended to prevent future issues.
